The best way to keep healthy

As the living standard improves, more and more people are paying attention to their healthy conditions. Different people usually have different ways to stay healthy. In my opinion, the most important thing is to keep a healthy attitude toward life.
It is true that physical factors affect one's health conditions a great deal, but at the same time, we should nor neglect the mental factors. Many scientific researches have shown that anger, suspicion and anxiety do great harm to human bodies, while being optimistic can cure prediction after they have been diagnosed incurable diseases. That is because they keep a good physical pains, we healthy people are much more lucky and therefore have more reason to maintain a healthy attitude to life no matter what kind of hardship life mat give us.
People use all kinds of methods to keep healthy because they want to live happily. Then in my point of view, there is no other way than keeping a healthy attitude toward life can make people happier and more healthy both physically and mentally.

  1. I have a lot of interest in health. So, I don't try to drink, eat a fast food, and eat a instant food. I also think that the best way for us to be healthy is mental health. Having fun is the key to fitness success. Now that the cold weather is here, it's more important than ever to be healthy and treat yourself right:)

  2. I agree with your opinion. Trying to be optimistic is a key to health and also success in one's life. No matter what happen to us, its effect is depending on how we perceive it I think. These days, I get so stressed somehow and a new problem I got because of that is a skin trouble :( I've tried many kinds of good cosmetics and drink much of water, but still my skin hasn't got any better. I think it will stay till I find a fundamental cause and am mentally cured :(

  3. Yap!!^^ you know, there are always many things which harm our health around us. While reading your article, I agreed totally your opinions. I think the best way to remain healthy is to stay free of stress and think positively. I believe stress is the most influential thing that leads to poor health. Though we have advanced medical knowledge and pay more attention to our health and live in a better condition than ever before.   4. You are right. Whenever I am ill, I don't want to do anything in my schedule and my ill body makes me get depressed. It is the most important thing but people usually overlook this fact. Then they realized health condition is important after they get sick. It's also my story, haha:)

The modern people are under great pressures from works, families, love, and study around them everyday, the pace of the society is becoming faster and faster, the world is full of challenges everywhere. Therefore, keeping a good mood is crucial to a person’s future; they should learn to relax themselves in this busy world.

  7. Nowadays more and more people are concerned about their health. But how to keep healthy? Different people may give different answers to this question.I think there is still some thing,we should pay attention.Getting rid of bad habits like smoking and drinking alcohol is also an important way to keep healthy. Smoking and drinking alcohol injure one's health a great deal, and therefore should be given up. Unfortunately few people follow this advice.OK~~i wish everyone keep healthy.

  8. It’s one of my essay topics! Yes, I agree with your opinion that anxieties and agers affect our health badly. One research show that people who have positive mindset are more like to overcome a disease such as cancer then opposite side of people like having angers all the time and heavy anxieties. I want to live a happy life with great body condition so, I will keep positive mindset!:)
